Leveraging his technical background, James has a proven track record in working with organisations to develop robust strategies, sales and marketing capabilities; and coaching executive leadership teams to develop and implement corporate growth strategies.

With over 25 years' experience in financial and professional services, James has worked with a range of clients across a broad set of industries.

Throughout his career, he has developed extensive skills that create value and drive growth through strategic, needs based sales and marketing.

James works with clients to help them understand the customer buying cycle and to adopt a consultative approach to sales and marketing which creates lasting strategic partnerships with customers. He also works with his clients to engage and motivate their sales teams to drive desired behaviours linked to appropriate remuneration models.
